Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 3 to 4 business days.

Lost Packages: Alif Post will not be responsible for any lost packages. If your item states it has been delivered but you have not received it, please call the shipping company that you chose to ship the item.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Alif Post is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days after your product has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once your return item is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it may take up to 14 days for your bank to process the refund and to reflect into your account.

We encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Alif Post is not responsible for any lost returns.
